The single slot long-term stable operation, removing anode in the raw material for sodium tungstate solution 80% of free alkali, electrical efficiency of more than 88%, energy consumption is lower than 1900 Kwh/tNaOH. Three cell series operation, within 60-65 ℃, power flow density under the condition of 1000 a/m2, electric effect also on 88% to below 2250 Kwh/tNaOH energy consumption. It’s full of industrial practical value. Therefore, cation exchange membrane electric free alkali process is economically feasible. It’s stable and reliable on craft and has a good prospect of industrial application.
