[Tungsten Carbide]:Study of Ultra-fine WC Powder Preparation by Mechanical Ball Milling
Study is made of the vibrating ball miling for ultra-fine WC powder preparation.Coarse,medium and fine WC powders are used for tests at different ball percentage and milling time.The results showed that longer ball milling time cam result in ultra-fine WC powder with FSSS particale size<0.5 μm,while larger ball percentage and longer milling tine can make the particle size smaller yet without any influence on the particle size distribution.The milled powder size distribution is related to that of the primary powder.The longer milling time will result in smaller grain size and larger stress..........Details,please contact the auther, editor.
对振动球磨法制取超细碳化钨粉末进行了研究。试验中采用粗、中、细3种碳化钨粉末进行了不同球料比、不同球磨时间的试验。试验得出:延长球磨时间均可制取FSSS粒度小于0.5μm的超细碳化钨粉末;加大球料比及延长球磨时间可进一步细化粉末粒度,但对粉末的粒度分布无影响;球磨后的粉末粒度分布与原始粉末粒度分布有关;球磨时间延长,粉末晶粒尺寸减小、应力增大。
