[Molybdenum]:Influence of Sintering Modes on Sintering Quality of Mo Products

In the present paper, the Mo powder produced by JDC was used as the raw material and the influence of sintering modes on sintering quality of mo products was studied by density measurement, microstructure observation and composition analysis. The results show that the bulk average density by electric resistance sintering is higher than that by median frequency sintering. The content of C element under median frequency sintering is higher than that under electric resistance sintering, but it is opposite for 0 element. For median frequency sintering, the quantity of hole at the middle part of the sintered body is obviously more than that of others, but that at the top of the sintered body more for electric resistance sintering, which is accordant with the density measurement. The impurity in the grains is mainly the oxide of molybdenum. The impurities in the grain boundary are composed of both a small quantity of carbon and the complicated metal oxides for median frequency sintering......Details,please contact the auther, editor directly.

以JDC产Mo粉末为原料,初步探讨了不同烧结方式对Mo烧结品质的影响。研究结果表明,电阻烧结坯整体平均密度要高于中频烧结坯密度。中频烧结条件下C元素含量低、O元素含量高.而电阻烧结条件下C元素含量高、O元素含量低。中频烧结坯中部的显微组织孔洞数量明显高于烧结坯上部和下部,而电阻烧结坯上部显微组织孔洞数量明显高于其它部位,这与密度检测结果一致。Mo烧结坯杂质相主要存在晶内孔洞和晶界。晶内孔洞杂质相为Mo的氧化物,中频烧结下晶界杂质为少量单质碳和较为复杂的金属氧化物,而电阻烧结下晶界杂质主要为单质碳和少量金属氧化物.
