[Nickel]:INFLUENCE OF CALCINATION TEMPERATURE ON THE PROPERTIES OF ULTRAFINE SUPPORTED NICKEL CATALYST


The effects of calcination temperature on the physical and chemical properties and benzene hyarogenation activities of NiO/TiO 2 SiO 2 catalyst precursors were investigated by BET、UV Vis、FT IR、XRD、TPD techniques. The precursors were prepared by sol gel method with tetraethyl silicate、butyl titanate and zirconium nitrate. The results show that the heat resistance of the NiO/TiO 2 SiO 2 texture was very high. The apparent density increased with the increase of calcination temperature, while the surface area and pore volume decreased little. The surface area and pore volume still keep very high( S BET =340.17 m 2·g -1 , V PN =0.206 cm 3·g -1 ) as calcinating to 923K.The calcination temperature had great influence on the NiO complexation and the crystal structure. NiO microcrystalline sizes and the interaction of NiO and support increased with the increase of calcination temperature,but it had little influence on the activities of catalyst.....Details,please contact the auther, editor directly.

以正硅酸乙酯、钛酸丁酯、硝酸为原料,用Sol-Gel法制备得到超细基负载型催化剂前体NiO/TiO2-SiO2。采用BET、UV-Vis、FT-IR 、XRD、TPR等方法,研究了焙烧温度对催化剂前体物化性能及其催化剂活性(苯加氢生成环已烷反应)的影响。结果表明:用Sol-Gel法制备得到的NiO/TiO2-SiO2的织构具有较高的热稳定性。随着焙烧温度的升高,比表面积、孔体积略有减少,表观堆密度增大。焙烧至923K时,该体系仍可保持较高的比表面积和孔体积(SBET= 340.17 m 2·g- 1,VPN= 0.206 cm 3·g- 1)。焙烧温度对NiO的物相结构有较大的影响。随着焙烧温度的升高,NiO微晶尺寸增大,NiO与载体之间的作用力亦增大,但在623~923K范围对催化剂的活性影响不大。焙烧温度至1023K时,部分NiO微晶转化为NiTiO3 微晶,并且随着物相结构的变化,催化剂的活性下降
