Foil-thickness less than 0.005 inch (0.13mm).
Tape-thickness greater than or equal to 0.188 inches (4.75mm). Plate-thickness less than or equal to 0.005 inch (0.13mm) or less than or equal to 0.187 inch (4.75mm).

ⅡPerformance Parameter Density: 15.8-18.75g/cm3

Composition: tungsten content 85-99%, tungsten nickel iron, tungsten nickel copper.
Surface treatment: surface sintering, polishing, turning and milling.
Production technology: hot rolling, warm rolling and cold rolling.

ⅢThe properties of tungsten alloy Sheet are closely related to its manufacturing materials. Some properties of tungsten alloy are listed below for reference.

1.High density: the density of tungsten alloy is generally 16.5~19.0g/cm3, which is equivalent to more than twice the density of steel.
2.Good ductility: W-Ni-Fe high-density alloy has good ductility, and its elongation in sintered state can reach 10%~15%. After vacuum or atmosphere dehydrogenation, the elongation can be increased to 20%~30%.
3.Good electrical conductivity: W-Ni-Cu and W-Ni-Fe high-density alloys have good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, high voltage resistance and other electrical properties.
4.High tensile strength: the tensile strength of sintered W-Ni-Fe high-density alloy is 800~1000MPa, which can be increased to 1300~1500 MPa after heat treatment and deformation processing.
5.Long service life: Tungsten alloy is resistant to wear and corrosion. With the development of modern science, the storage and protection technology of tungsten alloy has been further improved.
6.Low thermal expansion coefficient: its linear expansion coefficient is only 1/2~1/3 of iron or steel.
7.Excellent radiation shielding ability: the density of tungsten alloy thin plate is higher than that of lead plate, which can reach 18.8g/cm3, so its X-ray and gamma-ray absorption ability is better than that of lead plate.
8. Good mach inability: W-Ni-Fe high-density alloy has good ductility, so it can be machined such as turning, milling, planning, turning threads and tapping, and can also be subjected to large deformation strengthening treatment such as rolling, rotary forging and forging.
