Nano grain size cesium tungsten bronze can absorb infrared light so that it can realize transparent heat insulation. And it has the best absorption on near-infrared rays among antimony-doped tin oxide (ATO), indium tin oxide (ITO), lanthanum hexaboride, and cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles.
How to apply nano grain size cesium tungsten bronze to thermal insulation materials?
1. Add cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles with the ability of absorbing infrared light into the resin to obtain transparent thermal insulation coating and coat it directly on the glass or shade cloth, or
2. Coat it on the PET (polyester) film, and then lay the PET film flat on glass (such as car glass), or
3. Make it into a plastic sheet, and combine the plastic sheet with tempered glass.
Usually, add 2g cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles in coating per square meter to achieve a transmittance of 10% or less at 950nm (This data indicates the absorption of near-infrared rays), and a transmittance of 70% at 550nm (The indicator of 70% is the basic indicator of most high transparent thin films).
