[Molybdenum]:Adsorption of Molybdenum from Chlorination Leaching Solution of Ni-Mo Ore by Ion-Exchange

The adsorption of molybdenum from chlorination leaching solution of Ni-Mo ore was investigated by various ion-exchange resins.Experimental results indicated that the D314 resin is the best among resins on adsorption capability and its work adsorption capability was obtained 160 mg·ml-1 and more under optimal conditions.The laden resin was desorbed by 10% ammonia and 120 g·L-1 Mo concentration of desorbed solution may be obtained and desorption ratio reached up 99.5%.In addition,the acts of P and As accord with Mo in the process of ion exchange,so it is no separation between P,As and Mo in ion-exchange process......Details,please contact the auther, editor directly.

研究了多种离子交换树脂在弱酸条件下吸附镍矿氯分解液中的吸附性能,结果显示D314树脂在弱酸条件下吸附的性能最好,D314树脂在理想吸附条件下的工作吸附容量可以达到160 mg.ml-1湿树脂以上。负载树脂用10%氨水解吸,可得到含Mo大于120 g.L-1以上的解吸高峰液,解吸率达到99.5%以上。另外,杂质磷和砷在离子交换过程中的行为和基本一致,因此离子交换过程中不能达到与磷砷分离。
