However, the particle size of common ammonium paratungstate is 25-45 μm, which is difficult to meet the requirements of producing nano tungsten powder, so the preparation of micron-level ultrafine APT is the key problem to be solved in the production of nano W powder. In this regard, the researchers proposed a method for preparing micron-level ultrafine ammonium paratungstate, that is, during the evaporation and crystallization of (NH4)2WO4 solution, the surfactant cis-9-octadecenoic acid was added to prepare micro particle size ammonium paratungstate. The Fischer particle size of the obtained APT is 1-5um, and the bulk specific gravity is 0.5-0.6g/cm3.
