0.2~0.6μm tungsten carbide powder has the characteristics of high purity, uniform particle size, good dispersion, which can be made of a new type of tungsten carbide——ultra-fine grain alloys.

Characteristic
The total content of sodium and potassium in the impurity element is not more than 10ppm, the iron content is not more than 20ppm, the chromium content is not more than 10ppm, and the molybdenum content is not more than 20ppm.
The average particle size (FSSS) is controlled within the range of 0.2~0.6μm, the nitrogen adsorption particle size is not greater than 0.24μm. The total carbon content is controlled within the range of 6.08%~6.18%, and the free carbon content is not more than 0.08 %. The combined carbon amount is not less than 6.10% and the oxygen content is controlled within 0.1%.

Ultra-fine grain alloy can be made from tungsten carbide powder with a grain size of 0.2~0.6μm. Ultrafine grain alloys have excellent physical and mechanical properties and good cutting performance when used as cutting tools. Ultra-fine grain cemented carbide is used to make micro drills for drilling integrated circuit boards, computer dot prints, precision molds, nylon fiber cloth cutting knives, marble cutting knives, granite cutting knives, and glass cutting knives.
