Micron tungsten carbide cobalt composite powder has uniform element distribution, fine powder particle size, narrow particle size distribution, etc. The average particle size of the powder is 50~150nm. It is widely used in the manufacture of superfine/nanocrystalline tungsten carbide tools and surface strengthening materials.

Properties
The physical properties of micron tungsten carbide cobalt composite powder are very different from those of conventional powders.
The non-metallic tungsten carbide phase and metal cobalt phase constitute a composite structure, not a simple mixture;
The vacuum density of the powder is large (up to 15.3g/cm3 for WC-6Co powder);
The powder is high purity non-oxide and oxidation and doping should be avoided during processing.
