Preparation of Mo Doping Tungsten Oxide Electrochromic Film by Spraying Method

Step One: 120ml of H2O2 with a mass fraction of 30% was weighed and poured into a round bottom flask. 10g of tungstic acid was weighed and dissolved in H2O2, and condensed and refluxed at 95°C for 3h to obtain a clear and transparent solution. After the solution was cooled to room temperature, 2.88g of molybdenum oxide, 140ml of ethylene glycol and an equal amount of deionized water were sequentially added to the solution, and then condensed and refluxed at 120°C for 12h to obtain a pale blue Mo-doped tungsten oxide nanosol. It was centrifuged, and the supernatant of the upper layer was discarded to obtain a blue precipitate, which was stored in a refrigerator for use.

Step Two: The blue precipitate obtained in the Step One was dissolved in an appropriate amount of deionized water and ultrasonically dispersed to obtain dispersion with a concentration of 0.0025g/ml. The pretreated FTO conductive glass was placed on a hot stage to maintain the hot stage temperature at 300°C. 5ml of Mo-doped tungsten oxide nano-ink was sprayed uniformly on the FTO conductive glass with an area of 5×2.5cm. After the hot stage is cooled and the FTO conductive glass is removed, the Mo-doped tungsten oxide electrochromic film can be obtained.
