China has research on the energy-saving performance of electrochromic glass, the experts said. It is reported that some experts used Energy PLUS energy analysis software, combined with a typical office room to analyze electrochromic glass, ordinary glass and Low-E glass, and compared different control methods for architectural lighting energy consumption, heating energy consumption and cooling energy consumption in Beijing climate. Experts have found that the electrochromic glass can save 7.9%-11.4% energy consumption by using suitable control method. That is to say, an electrochromic device such as an electrochromic glass assembled using an electrochromic material such as tungsten oxide as an electrochromic layer material has a good electrochromic effect and a remarkable energy saving effect.
