Among them, the precursor was selected from sodium tungstate (NH4)2W04, the substrate was FTO glass, and the substrate temperature was controlled at 250 °C (decomposition temperature of ammonium tungstate), spraying rate is 15 mL/min. The prepared WO3 film was uniformly non-porous and well bonded to the substrate.
Spray pyrolysis is a very economical method for preparation of film so that it is expected to be scaled up for commercial use. This is because it is possible to prepare an excellent film comparable to other methods with simple preparation apparatus and process. Also, it is easy to achieve doping.
